Spring/Summer 2022 8U – 12U EBYA Bulls

The EBYA Bulls Travel Baseball Program is an opportunity to tryout and play at an elite level, against elite competition, with top level coaching, for a reasonable price.

All tryouts will be held at: East Brandywine Community Park on Field A

FAQs

What is travel baseball?
It is an opportunity for local players to play against elite teams from inside and outside of our area. Players per team: There will be 11-13 players on a team.

How are teams selected?
There will be coaches from the other Bulls teams helping with evaluations. The team selection process will be a group effort to avoid "politics" and to make for a fair process and allow every child a fair chance at making the team.

What will this cost?
The anticipated total cost will be between $500 and $2000. Cost depends on the number of tournaments played and the age group participating. Costs per team will vary, so please contact the team's manager with any questions.

Practice schedule?
Winter Training will be held for approx. 8 weeks starting in January. We are still working through the details. Practice will be moved outdoors once the weather allows. Frequency will not be determined until we get closer to the season.

Tournaments?
Each team will participate in at least 3 tournaments, possibly more.  Again, details are still being worked out as very few 2022 Tournaments have been announced. Distance will typically be within 120 minutes of Downingtown. It is not necessary to travel far in order to play high level baseball.

Games?
Scrimmage games against other local travel teams will be held throughout the Spring. 

Notifications?
Bulls team decisions will be announced within 14 days after the tryout date.
